Anne Randi Haugejorden

Norwegian Flautist Anne Randi Haugejorden has been Principal Flute of the Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra (KSO) since 1999. Before she entered the KSO position she had several years of experience serving with the major Norwegian orchestras.

Anne Randi has a strong focus on chamber music, is a member of The Southern-Norwegian Windquintet, and regularly performs chamber music for flute and strings with KSO colleagues. She has toured extensively for Concerts Norway, and appears on a number of commercial and classical recordings.

Being a staff member of the Institute of Music- University of Agder, she teaches flute, chamber music, and subjects within artistic outreach, musical entrepeneurship and performance skills.

Anne Randi Haugejorden is from Telemark in Eastern Norway. She is a BA and MA graduate from the Norwegian Music Academy in Oslo, and the Royal Danish Music Academy in Copenhagen. Among her teachers are Per Øien, Andrew Cunningham and Toke Lund Christiansen.
